1. Initial Intake
The attorney or firm provides basic case information, including the case type, relevant considerations, and the client’s full name and preferred contact details.
2. Scheduling
The client interview is scheduled directly with the client, and the confirmed appointment details are shared with the firm.
3. Interview & Drafting
Following completion of the client interview, a complete affidavit packet is prepared and delivered to the firm within five (5) business days.
4. Attorney Review & Revisions
Attorneys have five (5) business days to review the materials and may request one round of revisions. When necessary, this may include an optional follow-up call with the client.
5. Payment
Payment is accepted via Wise or bank transfer and is due after the client interview and prior to delivery of the completed affidavit draft, unless otherwise agreed in advance.
